You absolutely need the Blade Dance augment exclusive to Irelia, and you should aim to get Irelia to 3 stars at levels 4 and 5. For the anomaly, I recommend Ultimate Hero, which transforms a 1-cost champion to 4 stars. Besides the mandatory 6 Sentinel synergy, the key to strengthening Irelia is to build around the Irelia synergy with Rebels. For Irelia's items, it's good to have a Stage (Infinity Edge) and a Bloodthirster (Bloodthirster), with the remaining items being Hand of Justice (Hand of Justice), Dragon's Claw (Dragon's Claw), and Blue Blessing (Blue Buff). Ideally, you want to obtain or upgrade a Radiant Bloodthirster (Bloodthirster), and if Radiant Bloodthirster doesn't appear, Radiant Stage (Infinity Edge) or Radiant Hand of Justice (Hand of Justice) would be your next best options. Since Irelia will be positioned as an AD carry, it's good to give Jinx a Last Whisper (Last Whisper) or, if Last Whisper doesn't drop, it would be wise to give Loris a Riven (Knight's Vow). Irelia, Illaoi, and Jinx should ideally all have items, so prioritize items for them.
