2 Cost Kali with Nilah

This is a deck that looks for 4 champions at 3 stars on level 6 with a 2-cost focus. If you don't find Zilean, prioritize leveling up Nilah first and then level Shen to 7, Tahm Kench to 8, and Xerath to 9 flexibly. Akali's items are crucial, and Nilah eats leftovers effectively. For relics go with Dawnbringer, Akali's voluntary item, Quickestsilver, and Dragon's Will for Nilah. Fishbones is great for Zilean. I created this in honor of the Nilah and Akali buffs.
